This policy is applicable to products which are categorized on the Website and/or eligible for replacement and exchange as per the policies mentioned below.
Return and Replacement are application in the following cases
Item was defective
Item was damaged during shipping
Wrong product shipped
Item was not as described
Item rejected by end customer because of delay in delivery
Buyers can raise a request within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery if the product, in question, falls into any of the first four of the cases mentioned above.
All requests are handled by us and if the request doesn’t fall within the parameters as specified above, such requests will not be entertained.
We will check all the requests made by the Buyer and will validate the request made. If the request is valid and genuine, we will approve the request. Else, it will be rejected and the reason will be communicated to the Buyer.
1. Buyer Returns
Buyer can raise a return once the shipment is successfully delivered. It could be one of the following scenarios:
Buyer requests for a replacement – Product received by Buyer is ‘Defective’ or ‘Damaged’ or ‘Not as Described’ by the seller. If the product is not in stock, we refund the amount.
Buyer requests for exchange – In categories defined under exchange, buyer can opt for exchange of products for different color and/or flavor of the same brand, only if such requests are made before the delivery of the product. If the product is not in stock, we refund the amount.
2. Courier Returns
Courier returns happen before the product is actually delivered to the customer. They can happen in following scenarios:
Buyer not reachable – After 2 attempts to deliver, if our logistics partner is not able to reach the Buyer, the order will be considered as cancelled and returned to the seller back by the logistics partner. Buyer will have to place a new order to get the same product if he needs. Also a full refund (including shipping charges) will be issued to the Buyer.
Product Return Conditions
Any consumable item which has been used or installed
Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Product damaged because of use
Product received is not in the same condition as shipped to the buyer
Returns request is made outside the specified time frame
Charges on Returns to Sellers in case of Refund:
In scenarios where Seller is not able to replace or exchange the product, the Buyers will be entitled for full refund. The shipping charges and commission due related to that transaction will be charged to the Seller.
In the scenarios where the returns are made as goods were either ‘defective’, ‘not as described’ or ‘damaged’ and products are to be replaced; Seller is able to replace the product, the return and new shipping charges will be charged to the Seller.
In the scenarios where the returns are made even though the goods are neither ‘defective’, ‘not as described’ nor damaged and products are to be exchanged at the ‘request of the Buyer; Seller is able to replace or exchange the product, the return and new shipping charges will not be charged to Seller.
In the scenarios where goods are not accepted by the Buyer (courier returns) without there being any fault on the part of Seller, the shipping charges and commission will not be charged to the Seller.
In the scenario of ‘courier returns’, the shipping charges and commission will not be charged to the Seller.
In the scenario of not able to provide exchange of the product, the shipping charges and commission will be charged to the Seller the returns in such scenario will be handled/managed by logistics partners approved by the CallHealthOnlineServices.
Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns*. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult a doctor for proper guidance.
Product returns across all categories including that of "Products in this category are NOT eligible for return" will be accepted under the cases
