My account

You can shop as a guest by just using your email id. It's not mandatory to have CallHealthShop account to shop but it is recommended; account at CallHealthShop allows you to track your orders, it also helps us in giving you a personalized shopping experience including recommendations, quicker checkout, gift vouchers, and e wallet.

My account is the account created at CallHealthShop that allows the user to record his personal information like mobile number, email ids, address. You can also get notifications regarding products and e gift vouchers on your account. My account helps you in faster checkout by saving your details and provides a better experience by providing personalized shopping experience. My account has several features that help us to create a better experience for you; you can choose to receive notifications about products in your wish list or products that are currently unavailable or to be released. It also helps you keep abreast of any new services that are introduced.

'My Account' section will allow you complete control over your transactions on CallHealthShop

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change and reset your password
  • Track the status of your orders to be delivered
  • Stores your order history details

If you have trouble logging in, please follow these instructions:

  • Check your login details. Your login username is the e-mail address you used for registration.
  • Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies.
  • If you have forgotten your password, reset your password using the 'Forgot your Password' link on the 'Sign in' page.
  • If you are still unable to access your account, please contact Customer Care helpdesk and indicate the problem. We will assign you with a new password, and you can change it once you log in.

Please note that sometimes the problem might be caused due to system maintenance at our end. In such a case, please wait for 30 minutes and try again.



Payments

A product could be listed under different prices. There could be merchants offering you the same product but at a different price. That is the nature of the CallHealthShop online marketplace, where different merchants compete for your order.

When your order is unsuccessful you need to check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount will be paid back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

  • Net Banking 7-15 business days
  • Debit Card 7-15 business days
  • Credit Card 7-15 business day
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products or products priced upwards of Rs.10000. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. COD option is also unavailable when partial payment is made through e gift vouchers, please unselect the payment by E gift Vouchers. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card or e-wallet.

Shipping and delivery

We ship some selected heavy items such as treadmills, dumbbells etc. by ground courier services while other items are shipped or transported by air. We deliver most of our orders through courier partners such as Aramex, Delhivery. Seller can also have his own logistics partner who will do the delivery. In both cases user will be provided the information necessary to track his order post dispatch.

We deliver an order free of cost at your doorstep for all orders above Rs 1000. We bear all the taxes and there is no additional shipping charge that you have to pay at the time of the delivery (Exception Octroi tax is to be borne by the buyers in Maharashtra and Gujarat as applicable ) However, if you order amount is less than Rs1000, a minimal shipping charge will be applied according to the location that the order needs to be delivered.

Note: Certain additional procedures like state-wise taxes may apply to your order depending upon you order type, the utility of your order, the order size and the state/region the order is being delivered to.

All orders are usually delivered in 4 - 7 business days. However, for orders wherein shipping destinations are Jammu & Kashmir and places in and around North East India, it takes 10 business days or more. Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

For items that are 'Out of Stock,' use the 'Notify Me' feature so you can know once they are available for purchase.


Returns and refunds

The return Policy for CallHealthShop is 14 days. We offer you a complete peace of mind when you order any goods at CallHealthShop - you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods.

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, weâ??ll take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you have made online payment then we will reverse the payment to the source. In case of Cash on Delivery, we will issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer this might take 7-21 days including logistics time.

We also will refund you the shipping charges. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging are intact.

  • All consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
  • Product damaged because of use
  • Product received is not in the same condition as shipped to the buyer
  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame
